Modified STI Logo (stFU, designed for ABS)
thingiverse
This is a modified version of the STI logo for use with ABS. I roughly measured the size one day when I happened to pass an STI in the parking lot, so sizing isn't exact. Also, this says "stFU", not STI, so it really doesn't matter anyway. Assembly Instructions: 1) Print the base. On an Ender 3 v2, I had the print bed turned to 100c and the fan turned off and a brim, this prevented most warping (still had a slightly noticeable warp on one corner). 2) Print the text. Same settings as base. 3) Use a Q-Tip to lightly apply acetone to the grooves the text goes into. Once the section is well saturated, you should be able to push the text into position. The acetone will eventually dry and weld the two together. Repeat for every part of the logo, use a book or something to provide an even surface to push down on when installing the text if it hurts your hand or doesn't seem to go in properly.
