I have added a dedicated channel for 16AWG speaker wire and a dedicated enclosure on the rear for RCA jack.If you have TPU filament, you can print gaskets that will work perfectly. If not, you can still use normal gasket cord material; there is a channel on either side of the sub woofer body that is meant for a 1mm diameter gasket cord material. When the side panels are screwed down, there will be a slight interference fit making an air-tight seal. The side panels have a 100mm VESA mount pattern on the side.
