Modified pressure plate for 7x4 surgical tubing

If you attempted to construct the impressive NEMA17 peristaltic pump, you likely faced challenges finding the necessary silicone tubing. For me, it was easier to obtain 7x4 surgical latex tubing, which is remarkably soft but larger than the original 6x4 silicone tubing required. To utilize this alternative tubing, you must use a pressure plate instead of the one included in the original design; it's a seamless drop-in replacement. I've only tested this for a few hours of continuous operation and noticed light superficial wear on the tubing. Further refinement of the dimensions may lead to improved pump performance and reduced wear.
