Modified low friction spool holder for ultimaker 2

Small modifications were made to the excellent low friction spool holder for the Ultimaker 2. Recently, another filament supplier was used that utilized 9cm wide spools which wouldn't fit. To accommodate this, a longer core was created (with a length of 70.9 mm) and a smaller nut was also designed, which takes up less space behind the printer. Both are drop-in replacements for the original 608 bearing version. Apparently, the ColorFabb 2Kg spools are even 10cm wide. On request, an extra long version was created (91.9mm) to suit spools of up to ±110mm in width (dependent on inner diameter). Simply print and use!
