My wife has been eager for a good BJD as an art reference for some time now. Gavitka's model caught my eye first, but it had limitations that made it impractical to print without specialized equipment or a great deal of effort. She wanted adjustments to the design as well. So I decided to create this version myself. It is designed to be printed in 5 pieces, each one split and oriented for printing with no supports, then bonded together using ABS and acetone. To get right and left versions of the arm and leg bits, you'll need to copy and mirror them, unfortunately, I wasn't organized enough to keep consistency throughout, so you'll have mixed up rights and lefts in the same print, and for that I apologize. The changes made to this model are as follows: I shortened the abdomen to adjust proportions and allow for more mobility. There is an original version available as well. I removed some details from the chest area. I adjusted the legs so they nest better, which helps achieve a good kneel pose. I also adjusted the joints on ankles, ponytail, and another part that I've forgotten what it was. One more thing has been changed, but I'm not sure what it is right now. Thanks to Gavitka for creating this model; you clearly put in a lot of effort, and I appreciate it.
