Modified IC3D Budmen face shield

This is a modified version of the IC3D Budmen face shield found on 3dprint.nih.gov. It has received approval from the NIH for use as PPE. I made changes by taking away the side tabs, since standard 8.5x11" transparency film doesn't fit in there. I also widened up the back elastic slots to allow rubber bands, hair ties, or other accessories to be used to keep the shield on the head securely.
