Modified HICTOP Bed Leveling Nuts - Remix

The original by jhahn fit design solved a major issue I had with every other bed levelling nut design for the HICTOP i3 (3DP-11), which was that they would consistently hit the Y-axis rod mounts, especially at the rear of the printer. I made one key modification to jhahn's design. I enlarged the screw hole so that the bed levelling screws will not catch on it. With my print of the original, the screw threaded into the hole, which made it extremely hard to turn the nut. I have corrected that in this version.
