Human: I'm thinking differently about attaching the heat sink. It glides smoothly into place within the profile, creating a secure fit. A single drop of superglue keeps it in position perfectly. There are two swing arm designs. One swings out further, offering more room for adjustment and accommodating the attached light's movement. The other, with its hinge positioned inside the swing arm, sits closer to the wall but offers less adjustability. I still need to update the shade, which has now been done successfully. The fit is quite snug, and that's precisely how it should be – allowing friction to keep it firmly in place without any issues. If sliced at 101% thickness, the shade fits seamlessly into position. After some contemplation, I determined that adjusting the lamp's swing wasn't essential; therefore, I redesigned the wall plate to allow only up-and-down movement instead. With 22-gauge wire used for leads, they can be neatly concealed beneath the device. When paired with copper foil attached to the wall and coated with paint, no one will ever spot the power supply wiring to the light source. Three units were manufactured according to the pictures shown here. All of them turned out perfectly fine. The final four images display one such unit installed on a wall using copper as the conductor for an added touch of sophistication. The second picture showcases the light illuminated with copper foil securely attached. The third image depicts the power supply carefully soldered onto the copper. Lastly, the final photo captures both the lit lamp and the now camouflaged wire. For those seeking to minimize visible cords, this is precisely the way I prefer them – completely hidden from view. I encourage you all to take advantage of this unique approach. Enjoy! Instructions: This custom model is best printed using a standard 0.3mm layer, two perimeters, and 30% infill with PLA as well as ABS plastic material for ideal results.
