modified fan housing
thingiverse
fan housing plugged/screwed a clicked together and who likes screwed version. of course you can also glue, but for later interventions screwed is more skillful. the motor can be secured with a grub screw M3x4mm (tighten carefully not to damage the motor housing). the fan wheel can be secured with a grub screw M3x5mm. there is a small hole in the housing through which the fan and the motor can be fixed. the protective triangle is simply clicked into place. the shaft length of the motor should be 7.5mm long (Ø2mm). print everything without support. the layer resolution of the fan wheel should be 0.15 - 0.2mm. watch the video for the assembly https://youtu.be/ycDrrFcJBCw
