Modified cap for pet nail grinder

Our colorful caique bird is taking care of its nails and beak, getting them professionally ground down to prevent them from becoming razor-sharp spikes. To ensure our feathered friend's safety during this process, I created a custom cap for the pet nail grinder. The original cap had some unwanted openings that allowed the parrot's tongue to get stuck inside while it was grinding its nails. That was definitely not ideal! Fortunately, this new cap matches the one shown in the photo and will prevent any accidents. To hold everything together securely, I used local supports with small locking pins inside the cap. For anyone interested in creating their own custom caps or modifying existing designs, I've included the Fusion 360 files for download.
