Split hanger along major flat faces to maximize print strength. Eliminated small fillet at left and right side joints for added support. Introduced dovetails for effortless assembly. Faces have been subtly offset -0.2mm for a precise loose press fit, requiring epoxy glue to secure. Users may need to adjust their existing XY size compensation settings accordingly. It is highly recommended to print the dovetail unit test first to verify print tolerances before proceeding with the final project.
