Modified Bra Beast Plate Leg Section - NO PINS

When printing out a Bra Beast inspired by Theo Jansen's Strandbeest, I discovered that with PLA material, pins are excessively large, necessitating height and width adjustments while maintaining length due to PLA's greater rigidity compared to ABS. After testing various parameters, I found optimal results at 92-94% on both axes with a slightly tight fit. To reduce unnecessary waste and save time, I modified the leg section plate by eliminating pins that required separate printing. Here are the print settings I used: * Printer: Dremel Idea Builder * Rafts: No rafts were generated * Supports: Printing without supports * Resolution: Set at 0.15 mm * Infill density: Opting for 25% infill rate Some notes about my experience with the Bra Beast print on the Dremel Idea Builder: On this printer, each leg section took approximately 2 hours and 33 minutes to complete, down from around 3 hours previously required for prints that included pins. To improve printing speed further, I also boosted the fine print setting's speed to 90 mm/s.
