Modified bioloid brackets

Modified bioloid brackets

thingiverse

I tried my hand at printing some Bioloid brackets found on Thingiverse, modifying them for easier printing. It turns out that the adapter listed there is too deep and won't work with standard Bioloid brackets. I'm currently designing new adapters to enable compatibility with a regular servo. Here's a breakdown of the modified brackets: The F3 bracket has its wire clips removed. The F4 version lacks lower lips to allow for a flat print. In my redesigned F6, the bottom surface is flat instead of angled, and I continued the bolt holes throughout the entire print. Initially, my file didn't contain complete holes. For those looking to simplify their robot's structure, I recommend trying the simplified F6 bracket for replacing it in type A hip or ankle on Bioloid robots; this design prints remarkably well! If you want an even simpler design, the F7simple is ideal - it eliminated floating wire clips and extra holes.
