modified Anycubic top caps

I lowered the bearing mount to make way for a pulley that will mechanically link the Z-axis rods. This modification is still a work in progress and hasn't been tested yet. I'm giving full credit to spitzspot, the original designer of this part. 20/03/2019 - I fixed an issue where the cap/bearing was split into two shells, a mistake on my part that I regretfully made.
