Modified Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Carriage Tensioner
cults3d
EDIT: I've added a version which instead of resting the existing soft top-hat brass bushing flush against the carriage accepts a 4.5x10mm M3 Stainless Steel spacer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009YMB47S) ,which when inserted makes the the original 50MM geometry correct again without relying on the soft copper/brass bushings that come with the Kossel which are not readily available and not ideal for the purpose. This adds a lot of rigidity, so you don't get sagging arms which mess with your trim geometry. I also fixed the geometry of the nut slots, since they were not done well in the original. Both use the same slider. ORIGINAL: I made a bunch of fixes for some of the issues with the original tensioner. Still 42mm, so requires the original hardware. Slider now has the complete screw hole Slider is shaped to stay in horizontally Added a notch to keep belt securely in slider. Removed and cleaned up a few unnecessary features Fixed some small geometries to to make the print easier / stronger.
