I made several key fixes for the original tensioner issues, still maintaining the 42mm geometry that requires using the original hardware. Among these improvements are: - The slider now includes the complete screw hole. - The slider's design ensures it stays in place horizontally. - A notch has been added to securely hold the belt within the slider. - Unnecessary features were removed and cleaned up for a more streamlined print. - Small geometrical adjustments were made to make the print both stronger and easier.
