Print in .2 with 100% infill. Use supports for all touching buildplate. Here's a new prop that works perfectly with an 8mm to 8mm coupler, specifically this one: http://amzn.to/2lBM8ge2 To assemble the prop, use two M4 socket head bolts to secure it through the coupler and into the shaft. Additionally, use two of the provided grub screws to lock the coupler to the shaft in place. It's a good idea to still file four flat spots onto the shaft for each of the two M4 and two grub screws to ensure a solid fit.
