Modification of the Anet A8, A6 printer's extruder fan for improved ventilation and head access. The stock heat sink is removed to allow proper cooling of the extruder motor. The new fan is mounted on a bracket, allowing maximum airflow into the thread zone and motor area. This setup also provides clear visibility of the thread, potential jams, etc., without requiring disassembly. The assembly is secured using two pieces with angled surfaces for easy tightening. A M3x40 screw is used for the hinge pin. The screw head should be positioned on the fan side to prevent it from coming loose.
