To make the base printable, I split the model at a different location requiring support. The middle and top sections were combined, scaled down (from 214mm to 205mm), to fit my printer. A circular space was extruded below the base for easier removal from the platform and potential gluing of washers/weights. This design lacks the center channel for dowels, wires, etc. Print both parts, press-fit together, and follow the original object's instructions for assembling arms and cups.
