Modern Roof Tile Low-poly 3D model

This model contains a modern Roof Tile. It is created with subdivision modeling with 3DsMax 2017, and native to this software, the max file contains not collapsed stack, so that one can choose the level of smoothness. The Roof tile can work also with no Mesh/Turbo smooth at all. It has a basic V-Ray material with Color selection, so that variety in the texture can be added. The UVW mapping is NOT overlapped, so it can be used in real time applications like Unreal, Unity, and others. The set contain aslo a printable version of the file, in STL format. Textures are exported from Substance Painter, with V-Ray - Specular-Glossiness workflow.
