This is a detailed, real-world-size representation of a Modern Museum Building created by an experienced architect. Units used: Centimeters Originally developed with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE ------------------------------------------------ This model is well-suited for various applications - game play, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior rendering, and architecture. BUILDING ----------------- The building features a total of 21.092 polygons, with 15.360 vertices. It measures 75 x 65 x 25 meters in size. LANDSCAPE ---------- 9.973 polygons are used to create the landscape, with 8.881 vertices at its disposal. The land measures 400 x 300 meters. INSTANCES --------- Every object within this model is an identical instance - building and street elements, as well as other components. Trees have random Rotate/Scale transformations: * tree 01: contains 22.182 polygons and 86.998 vertices * tree 02: has 21.490 polygons and 80.075 vertices GEOMETRY --------- The model's mesh is highly refined, featuring clean edge flow and careful testing for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. This allows you to easily build additional details, edit geometry as needed, and all similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances - easy change or replace scene objects by layers PRESENTATION IMAGES ------------------- All preview images were rendered with V-Ray 3.20, while wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for the geometry test. VRayHDRI and map with VRayCamera come pre-loaded, ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS --------- Both V-Ray and Standard materials are included in this model.
