Engineered in Slovenia by my company, this cutting-edge model comes complete with an adjacent camping site arrangement. Its one-of-a-kind design showcases high-definition detailing along with a comprehensive library of 3D models and furnishings. The entire dwelling is included in the package - from the living room to the kitchen, kids' quarters, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor veranda (with amenities such as a shower, sink, faucet, toilet, tub, sofa, bed, TV, lounge chairs, dining table, rugs, and bunk beds). The model also boasts numerous decorative elements. The front façade is adorned with a vast, inviting veranda, complemented by sliding glass doors. As requested by a prominent client, the kitchen comes equipped with a custom oven, induction cooktop, range hood, sink, and other high-end fixtures. Suitable for sites situated in coastal regions or mountains, this mobile home can thrive within any camping resort setting. The entire design was crafted using SketchUp, while V-Ray rendering delivers lifelike visualizations. All included textures and appliance equipment have been refined to extremely high resolutions, extensively tested, and included within the model scene itself. Compressed Skp files ensure convenient manipulation, allowing seamless V-Ray renderings. For the end-user, purchasing this model yields two primary format options - SketchUp SKP and LUMION 8, or they can personally request support for alternate formats (though SketchUp remains the optimal choice). In turn, those using 3DS Max can directly import from a compatible file format. Additional assets provided with this model include: * Normal Maps: available * Diffuse Maps: yes * Textures: ready for download * Materials: all in-place materials included * U.V maps: prepared for easy use * Normal check: confirmed as correctly aligned * Blendshapes and rigged elements not part of the package. Only Quads were utilized during creation, with no triangles or 3D printing-friendly STL files.
