Created using SketchUp and rendered with ENSCAPE, it can be easily imported into 3DS Max by using the SKP file format or FBX/OBJ files. All textures, appliances, and furniture equipment are in high resolution, carefully checked, and included in the scene. The model's textures have been compressed into a zip file for convenience. This model is designed to be easy to manipulate and ready to render with LUMION. It features real-world scale and exact proportions, measured in centimeters.
