Source files are also provided for convenience. Update: A user has brought attention to an overlooked aspect of the design – a printer tolerance for accurately fitting the letters into the frame. Without this adjustment, prints may not align perfectly, resulting in required adjustments through sanding or additional modifications until a solution is implemented. Instructions G-code developed using simplify3d software efficiently handles printing of complex designs like the 6x4 picture frame with precision and accuracy. The frame was printed from ABS at an optimal 0.2mm layer height with optimized settings – 20% infill, 2 shells, and strategic solid layers both top and bottom for stability. Letters and hearts were crafted in PLA using identical settings – 0.2mm layer height with controlled parameters like 10% infill, 2 shells, and carefully balanced solid bottom and top layers.
