The "Hazelwood Loft" package features a lifelike, contemporary penthouse situated in the city's heart. This low-poly, high-realism model boasts an interior that encompasses all aspects of modern loft design and includes every item found within the space, as well as the surrounding urban skyline. With over 400 unique assets, the entire loft and cityscape weigh in at under 115,000 triangles. The package comes with 175 textures, including material, cubemaps, lightmaps, and effects textures. Additionally, a range of day and night cubemaps are provided for use in game engines. Baked lighting is accurate and physically based, created using Mental ray, a tool widely used in film and VFX production. The model's assets have second sets of UVs manually unwrapped and organized into 12 distinct UV packs to ensure seamless lightmaps and optimal results. High-res versions of key assets are also included. Each room of the loft can be purchased individually or combined with adjacent rooms for a seamless fit. The package offers two different disposition scenes for each section, showcasing either an example layout or all items lined up side by side.
