This modern house/pavilion design features ample glass, a terrace, and an outdoor fireplace. It can be used as a water-based house too; both versions are included. The structure boasts solar power cells on the roof and is suitable for sea or mountain locations. With a high level of detail, this model includes 3D models and furniture inside the house unit, living room, bedroom, and terrace, along with a custom island featuring a fireplace. SketchUp was used to create the design, which has been rendered with V-Ray. Textures are in high resolution and included in the scene, while the model is easy to manipulate and ready for rendering. Real world scale and exact proportions ensure realistic use. Files come in different formats: DWG, OBJ, 3DS, and SKP; additional formats can be requested from the designer. Normal maps, diffuse maps, textures, materials, and U.V maps are provided, while blend shapes and rigging are not. The model is quad-based with no triangles, but it's not 3D printable with STL.
