This 3D model is realistic with applied textures and ready for use in any scene or as a standalone prop. It features accurate real-world scale and proportions, as well as excellent polygon efficiency. The model has basic exterior walls only. Materials are organized into multi sub-objects, and the MAX format includes vray and scanline versions with material and texture setup. UVW mapping is applied, and textures are defuse maps that can be easily repainted. Studio lighting setup is not included. Available formats include 3DS, FBX, OBJ, Blender 2.79, Cinema4d R11, Maya 2010, MAX (Vray Version), and MAX (Standard Version). The native file is 3ds Max 2009 (max), with other formats converted from the MAX file. Attached objects have same material names for easy selection, and unique object names are provided. Please be aware that exchange formats may not match preview images exactly due to differences in software packages. Textures might need manual loading, and geometry could be triangulated.
