This is a model of a ground-floor modern family house. It has two main sides separated by a large stone central wall. On one side are the master bedroom and space for one or two children, an open area for the living room, dining area, and kitchen. On the second side are the closet for clothes near the entry doors, bathroom, and toilet, technical room for heating units, washer, and dryer, garage for two cars, workshop space behind the garage, and room for garden tools and furniture with doors leading to the garden. The living room and dining area are separated by a large stone fireplace. And from the living room you can exit onto the nice porch at the back of the house. You will find completely furnished bathrooms (sinks, faucets, bathtub, shower door, and some accessories), toilet, and kitchen cabinets with sink and cooking desk on the kitchen island. There is also a table in the dining area, but everything else is empty, waiting for your furniture. There are various textures including wall plaster and tiles, rock, grass, and metal ones, which can be seen clearly in the pictures. Everything has been kept as low-poly as possible. The rendered scene is not included; instead, you can see how the final scene will look on the program screens. There are no trees, plants, or grass in this model. You will receive everything else with the materials included. Each model has two UV tags: one for texture and a second for lightmaps for Unreal Engine. Some of the interior shots may not be ideal, as I am still learning to render interiors. A possible floor plan is included in the pictures, showing how I envisioned the house could be furnished. The total number of polygons from all objects combined is approximately 1.2 million polygons. If you only consider the house with doors and windows, without furniture or exterior lighting and paths, there are around 893k polygons. Please note that the exported file may differ slightly in terms of polygons, scale, and textures compared to the original Cinema 4D due to exporting.
