This modern commercial office features a detailed 3D planned interior with an exterior design. The exterior includes the main office building, a white hotel building, and other surrounding structures. Roads, sidewalks, traffic lights, benches, bicycles, stormwater pits, Christmas tree-like lit trees, and low poly cars are also included in the scene. Inside, the office is divided into five sections: reception, meeting room, computer worker area, information section, bathroom, head officers' rooms, and a kitchen. Stairs, elevators, desks, chairs, armchairs, meeting tables, interior glass walls, and ceiling lights are part of the interior. The materials used for textures include asphalt, sidewalk tiles, road lines, grass, computer desk, reception desk, wall, ceiling, and lighting materials, all using Vray. An HDRI is available in the texture folder with render settings (RPS file). Photoshop was used for color correction, and there are two scenes: one with 29 million+ polygons and another with 5 million+ polygon interior 3D plan. The native format is 3ds Max 2014, and the rendering was done using Vray version 3.6.
