A few tweaks were necessary to achieve a tighter fit between the brackets and wood, including the creation of custom plastic shims using a 3D printer. Although the resulting product still exhibits some minor wobble, it effectively fulfills its intended purpose. Recommendations for improvement include: Scaling down the design slightly would likely result in an even more precise fit with the surrounding wooden components. If mobility is not a primary concern, utilizing wood glue and a nail gun to reinforce the corners could significantly enhance overall structural integrity.
