The buildings are meticulously 3D modeled, even including minor details such as windows. They are also textured to look realistic from closeups and far away shots. Rooftop details add further realism. High-resolution textures are used when necessary. For Vray versions in 3ds Max, the materials and lighting are already set for rendering. A 64-bit system with at least 8GB of memory is recommended for Max versions.
