This is a real-world size model of Residential Building with Landscape and Playground created by a professional architect. Building dimensions: 30m x 55m x 31m Landscape dimensions: 150m x 190m Units used: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is suitable for various purposes including real-time use, game development in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural building design. Building details: - 410.552 polygons / 232.849 vertices Landscape details: - 118.366 polygons / 99.132 vertices GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality with clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. Mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of details or editing of geometry. Similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. Shell Modifier applied but disabled for glass objects.
