This is a realistic 3D model of a residential building exterior with surrounding street environment, created by professional architects. The dimensions of the building are 27m x 32m x 20m (height), and the landscape measures 40m x 55m. The scale is measured in centimeters. The model was made using 3ds Max 2011 and is suitable for various purposes, including real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. It has a total of 103,782 polygons and 113,463 vertices. The mesh is high quality with clean edge flow, and it has been tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It is a low-poly mesh that can be easily edited to add more details. All similar objects are instances, allowing easy changes or replacements. Shell modifiers have been applied and disabled for glass objects. The scene objects are organized into layers such as BLD_details, BLD_railings, BLD_walls, BLD_windows, and ENV_street. Preview images are rendered with 3.20 V-Ray, and wire images show geometry test using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt. VRayHDRI and VRayCamera maps are included for easy rendering. The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and material names are proper.
