This is a high-definition, real-world-scale model of a residential building exterior with street environment created by an experienced architect. - Building dimensions: 27 meters x 32 meters x 20 meters (height) - Landscape dimensions: 40 meters x 55 meters - Units used: Centimeters - Originally designed using 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE - This model is ideal for various purposes, including real-time and game use in Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. - 103,782 polygons - 113,463 vertices GEOMETRY - The model's mesh features high-quality geometry with smooth edge flow. - Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. - The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add details or edit the geometry. - All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. - Shell Modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects. - Scene objects are organized by layers: BLD_details BLD_railings BLD_walls BLD_windows ENV_street PRESENTATION IMAGES - All preview images have been rendered using 3.20 V-Ray. - Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. - VRayHDRI and map VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box.
