This is a high-fidelity 3D model of an apartment house, meticulously crafted by a seasoned architect. Building dimensions: 33 meters x 40 meters x 28 meters Units used: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is suitable for various applications, including real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural projects. 48,500 polygons 64,550 vertices GEOMETRY The model's mesh boasts high-quality geometry with a smooth edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit the geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. Shell Modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: BLD_walls BLD_details BLD_glass BLD_frames PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images have been rendered with 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI, map, and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box.
