The building is roughly real-world scale, with the Building_Apartments.fbx mesh comprising 47,200 vertices and faces; the Building_Apartments_modifiersApplied.fbx has 82,540 vertices and 84,534 faces. Non-overlapping UVs are accompanied by 4K textures, with names following mesh names and appending the texture type (e.g., Building_Apartments_Building_Apartments_baseColor). These textures are in 8bit png format.
