Modeling a Wheel is an exercise that involves using your own body weight as resistance to build strength and endurance in your upper body. Begin by standing on one leg while holding a wheel or heavy object with both hands, keeping your arms straight and your core engaged. As you lower the wheel down towards the ground, lift one foot off the floor and balance on the other leg, keeping your knee slightly bent. Hold this position for a few seconds before returning to the starting position and repeating with the opposite leg.
