Model V8 Engine
thingiverse
This is a simplified model of a V8 engine that works well with printers. The files have tolerances, which ensures parts fit together easily. It's a big model, measuring about 160mm long by 140mm wide by 100mm tall. If you scale it down, printing and assembly might be tough, but a well-calibrated printer should handle it just fine. Assembly is straightforward - the videos and pictures provide all the necessary information. You may notice some extra holes in the engine block that aren't used yet, possibly for future upgrades like camshafts or valves. If you struggle to attach the piston head to the crankshaft using bolts, try using a sharp knife to press it into place, which helps turn the bolt into its final position.
