*If "Download all" leads to a 404 error - DL each part separately* This is a Rail Roller to make curved tracks for hand built N scale model train tracks but will probably work for larger rails such as HO as well. Using three M8 sized bearings, two fixed and one on a adjustable beam, the radius of the curve can be adjusted to need. I prefer to use flanged bearings, but basic bearings will work about the same. Here is a short YouTube video about assembly and use of the Rail Roller: https://youtu.be/KlY2-rBR8fM Hardware required: 3 M8 bearings (ID 8mm OD 22mm) F608ZZ 3 M8 25mm bolts 3 M8 Locknuts 6 M8 washers (I put two washers under the bearings for extra height) 3 M6 Nuts - 1 Regular 2 Thin 1 M6 Hex Head Bolt 50mm 4 M3 Allen Head Bolts 16mm 4 M3 Locknuts Tools: Straight and Bent Needle Nosed Pliers M3 & M8 Allen Wrench To use the roller, slowly tighten the knob and push a piece of track through the three bearings. Do not pull since this will distort the new curve. Check the curve against your pattern or jig and slowly tighten the curve and repeat pushing the rail through the roller until the desired curve is achieved. Should you end up with too tight a radius, you can open the roller tool and push the rail the reverse direction to straighten the curve again.
