These are a set of tools for building model rockets. They help to cut body tubes, position fins and launch lugs and marking body tubes evenly. For these to work best, they need to fit on the body tube snugly so your printer needs to be well calibrated. It might help to print one of these partially as a test to make sure that it fits your body tube before printing the entire thing.
