Model Rocket Toy
thingiverse
Inspired by Landru's "Printable Model Rocket for 24mm Estes D motors" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8754), I created a smaller display model rocket without a motor mount, tail fin or as large as Landru's. After designing and testing prints, it also works great as a pencil holder! The total print time is approximately 3.5 hours per part depending on your printer's speed: Base.stl, Body.stl, and NoseCone.stl. If you experience a vertical gap in the nose cone, adjust extra shells to zero in Skeinforge. Each part is press-fit for assembly; tension between parts keeps the rocket together.
