Print at 233% scale for correct dimensions to fit A, B & C Estes commercial Rocket Motor / Engine. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. get a 5 Inch Diameter Estes metal launch plate. ( or a 5 inch piece of circular sheet metal. Place the (Bottom sphere Base) on top of & in the middle of the metal plate.(NOTE: Make sure you put them together using some sort of glue). Now get the (Mortar Tube ( Bottom) with the vent holes down secure it using something to hold it on the middle of the sheet metal. Then place (Legs) on the side of (Mortar Tube (Bottom)). Launch instructions: Place mortar shell in (Mortar Tube (Bottom)) with the Engine, Plug and igniter in. (NOTE: place a thin non combustible shield on the bottom of plate to make sure the metal plate doesn't use the current and not ignite the rocket. Once the rocket is in Rotate till igniter is bent to face the exhaust and connect Controller to the igniter. Then you can launch safely! Instruction video will be added here soon.
