Rocketry Works 3D printed ABS launch rod mounts feature a tapered body that mount into Rocketry Works' Cape Canaveral launch pad's 1.25 inch PVC with a 9/16 inch top hole and a 7/16 inch bottom hole. We recommend CNC machining those holes, because a drill press will not align the rods precisely enough to keep all the launch rods pointing in the same direction. Those dimensions also fit the 3/4 inch PVC side out elbow of the Vandenberg launch pad. The redesigned launch rod mounts also now include a nut and bolt you can use to secure the launch rod in the launch rod mount. You'll need to add a 4-40 hex nut and a 4-40 x 3/4 inch bolt to secure the launch rod in the mount. Features a port at the bottom to loop your igniter lead, which helps secure the launch rod mount into the pad, and helps identify which set of igniter leads goes to which pad. Make sure you insert the launch rod all the way into the 3D printed mount; the lateral strength of the mount comes from having a steel rod down the middle.
