A Model Rocket Kit for Estes BT-55 Body Tubes is available. Choose from 4 Nose Cones and 3 Fin Sets or design your own with the Solidworks files included. The kit's dimensions are based on the Estes Amazon model. Print settings: * Printer Brand: MakerBot * Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X * Rafts: None required * Supports: None needed * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 100% * Notes: This design is optimized for ABS, but may need to be scaled up slightly for PLA. Instructions: 1. Choose one of the three body tubes. 2. Select a nose cone from one of four options. 3. Print the motor cap specifically designed for 24mm motors. 4. Optionally, print two adapters for using 18mm motors. 5. Assemble the rocket by gluing the body tube to the fins. 6. Sand the nose cone to fit loosely in the body tube. 7. Add a recovery system according to your preference. 8. Install the motor, following standard guidelines for 24 or 18mm rockets. 9. Launch your model rocket!
