Flyable model rocket design requires precise assembly, starting with the attachment of Rocket Upper to Rocket Tail using a strong epoxy bond. The upper section features an internal tube that allows for secure tying off of the shock cord and cross member, ensuring that wadding and chute material remain in place and don't slide down during flight. A built-in 1/8-inch launch lug is also integrated into this design for easy deployment with Estes 18mm motors, specifically compatible with the B6-5 and C6-5 models.
