Create a jig for squaring model rocket fins while gluing, fitting a MadCow Arcas HV (2.6" diameter) but adaptable to others with resizing. The jig also features a rail guide for precise alignment. To use the fin-squaring jig, place the vertical rocket within it after applying epoxy on the fins; use a third hand tool to hold the fins in place and apply more epoxy along the edges for fillets. A rounded edge on the jig assists in shaping the fillets. For rail guide alignment, assemble the standing triangles of the jig and pass the rocket through its middle, positioning one part over the fins and the other marking the desired rail guide location using the square divets on the jig.
