I've found that printing these blocks at a 0.2mm layer height yields outstanding results. The ST-20 Sanding Block is specifically designed for the Estes Mercury Redstone Scale model, while the 76mm Sanding Block (3") is ideal for the Estes Big Daddy model. To achieve exceptional finishing results, follow these simple steps: Step 1: Wrap a piece of medium sandpaper (120-220 grit) around a body tube that matches your sanding block's size, with the grit facing outward. Step 2: Use this wrapped body tube as a temporary sanding block to smooth out the radius on your printed sanding block. Step 3: Sand the radius until it is silky smooth, being careful not to over-sand and create uneven surfaces.
