I designed a model rocket based on an Estes Viking that I built for Boy Scouts. To build this, you'll need a launch pad, Estes engines A, B, or C, a rubber band, hot glue (other types might work but I used it), and some sandpaper if necessary. Launching it requires a large open area since it can soar hundreds of feet into the air.
