Print with supports. Mount the baseboard for a model railway turnout or point servo motor under it. The Tower Pro SG90 will clip into place easily. Use 0.6mm piano wire with a "Z" bend to create a horn facility that can accommodate up to two roller-actuated adjustable ultra micro switches for feedback, mimic illumination, and frog wiring. Update: A slight modification was made on January 23rd to allow for changes in servo size from some suppliers. This modification has not been printed yet, but it provides more wiggle room. Use the servomount2a file. Update 2: On January 24th, Mainsty pointed out that these models don't fit MG90 servos, so two sizes were added - one for SG90 and another for MG90. The Sketchup 2017 file is also included. Update 3: On February 10th, it was discovered that the latest batch of SG90 servos has changed size, featuring shorter mounting ears and only two screws in the base. Additionally, the drive spindle size is slightly smaller (horns are not interchangeable). The updated file now includes an SG90 servo model (not tested) as well as variations for 5A micro-switches (10T85), also not tested. Check the filenames for the variant.
