Introducing a Lionel O27 Track rerailer design for your O scale trains! After multiple attempts, I have successfully created a functional rerailer that handles wheel derailments but not truck ones. Its narrow build allows it to fit between parallel tracks while adding a realistic sound as trains pass over it. To use, print two pieces and attach them on opposite sides of a straight track section. Secure with screws if necessary. Printing instructions: Makerbot Replicator2, PLA filament, low resolution, 8% infill, 2 shells, 0.3mm layer height. Remember to follow best practices for optimal print results.
